All-Star Teams

Each year Kearney Little League hosts all-star games for the Minors AA, Minors AAA, Majors, Junior and Senior Divisions.  Players eligible to compete in one of the all-star games must have competed in regular season play and must be available to compete in post-season tournaments. 

Late in the regular season the league will tabulate votes to determine the make-up of each all-star team.  In most occassions two teams of eighteen players, one designated Blue and one designated Red, will be created based on the highest number of vote getters from each division (Divisions established only for the purpose of the All-Star games).  Those two teams will compete against each other in an game (the length of the game is determined by the age group) with each player competing in half the game.

After each all-star game league awards are given and post-season tournament teams are selected.
