Challenger General Information

Challenger Baseball is a program designed for children ages 4 through 18 with physical or mental disabilities.  The Challenger Baseball athletes would enjoy receiving some 1-on-1 coaching from Kearney Little League athletes.  Challenger Baseball will meet once a week for 6 weeks.
 
2010 Dates: Wednesdays,  May 26, June 2, 9, 16, & 23, 30 and July 7 from 7:00-8:30 pm
Location:  SW field at West Lincoln Way, Hwy 30 (25th Street) & 30th Ave. 
Volunteer Organization Meeting:  Thursday, May 21 at 7:00 pm
 
Location:  The First Presbyterian Church located across from the YMCA at 6511
6th Ave.  We will meet in the Adult Sunday School Classroom.  Those who attend the meeting will learn more about volunteering.   If you are unable to attend the orientation, simply come to the field at 6:45 pm on May 27th to fill out paperwork and receive your buddy assignment.  YOU MAY ALSO FILL OUT THE ATTACHED VOLUNTEER FORMS AHEAD OF TIME.
